Daily rates include: Full board and accommodation, Gamsberg hunting area and lodge for your exclusive use, services of PH and complete safari staff (including trackers, skinners, cook) for hunters, use of 4 wheel drive hunting vehicle with each PH, soft drinks, beers and house wines, first aid kits in camp and vehicle, daily laundry, trophy salting and transportation to local taxidermy in Windhoek for hunters, US$ 100 per person per day Habitat for Rhino conservation fee, hunting permits, airport transfers from Windhoek and return, 15% VAT tax.

Daily rates exclude: Game fees (trophy fees), trophy taxidermy (dipping, packing and preparation), trophy export and freight fees, hire of firearms and ammunition, gratuities to staff and PH, all items of a personal nature such as international flights, visas, or side trips.

Deposits, cancellations, postponements

Safaris are confirmed only with payment of a 50% deposit. Deposits are non refundable – the very principle of accepting a deposit, being to confirm arrangements and to mitigate the total loss of a booking in the event of a postponement or cancellation, and to ensure a commitment by both parties.

The balance of safari fees, including a game fee deposit, is due no later than 90 days before safari commencement. Bookings are conditional on the signing of a liability release form, received before arrival. This will be sent to you well in advance. 

Any requests for postponement must be made in writing. The company retains the right to either accept or refuse such requests. In the event of an agreed postponement, the deposit may be debited with an administration/postponement fee, depending on time frame of postponement in relation to original planned safari start, and the balance of the deposit will be put forward to the new dates.

In the event of total cancellation, the company reserves the right to retain the deposit paid.

No refunds will be given for early departure, non appearance for schedules activities, lost travel time, itineraries amended after arrival, and circumstances arising beyond the company’s control necessitating alternative arrangements to be made.
