Set high on a ridge overlooking the Gamsberg landscape, our lodge offers a relaxed and welcoming base for your stay. Hosted by the Hurt and Mousley families, it combines the comfort of a private home with the space and tranquillity of the Namibian wilderness.
With five spacious en-suite guest rooms, a separate cottage and additional accommodation, we can host up to 12 guests. Groups are booked exclusively, giving you the lodge and conservancy entirely to yourselves.
Days unfold at an easy pace, with meals shared in the dining room or out on the veranda, evenings under exceptionally clear skies, and wildlife often visible right from the house.
Our Gaub Camp - A private wilderness retreat
Two hours from Gamsberg, tucked deep within rugged mountain country beside the Gaub riverbed, Rocky Mountains Camp offers an entirely different kind of stay. With just two secluded chalets, it is a place of extraordinary solitude, surrounded by vast, untouched wilderness.
Days here are shaped by the landscape — exploring remote valleys and rocky slopes, watching for Kudu, Mountain Zebra and Klipspringer, and perhaps catching a glimpse of the elusive Leopard or Hyena. Far from roads, towns and everyday distractions, the camp offers a rare sense of privacy and immersion in the wild.
